The company that creates these treasures was founded in 2003 by Shaina, a young socially motivated entrepreneur with a vision to support women living in urban villages on low incomes by creating meaningful opportunities to work from home.

Today, their mission remains simple: to empower women through fair wages while creating beautiful, handmade, high-quality and unique accessories.

Alongside providing fair employment, the company supports education for the women in their group and offers financial assistance during medical emergencies when needed. Every little fabric bead is handcrafted from recycled textile offcuts, turning what might otherwise be discarded into something beautiful.
