Stay Golden Morning Meditation Club - Tuesdays

This is a loving invitation to my new guided meditation & inspirational teachings program called the ‘Stay Golden Morning Meditation Club’.

To Stay Golden means remaining true to you and resting in the beauty of your radiant heart, even when the world around you feels loud, busy, or demanding.

I am offering you the choice of a Tuesday morning commencing March 3rd or a Thursday morning commencing March 5th, 10 week program, both commencing at 8am and held in the safe and supportive space in the rear of my store Grace Violet, on the corner of Charles & Elizabeth Streets.

With over a decade of experience as a guided meditation facilitator and teacher of intuitive energy awareness, I lovingly hold this space for women ready to embrace life feeling calm, grounded, empowered, connected and awake! This journey is about presence, not perfection, come as you are and leave feeling lighter and happier, with a full heart and a shiny soul. Each group will be a maximum of 8 participants so I can nourish and support your energy in powerful ways.

I am a natural healer and giver, and there will be lots of little surprises that will be tools of support and ‘joy-bringers’ in your life….this program will be the most beautiful blessing for living happy and whole in 2026 and beyond.
